Yes, we are there to provide in-home care services for your loved ones wherever “home” may be.
5. What level of care do you provide?
We provide non-medical care that includes: bathing, dressing, light house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, assistance with ambulation, safety supervision, transportation, medication reminders and companionship.
6. Is there a minimum number of hours?
It is our goal to be as flexible as you need us to be. There is no long term commitment or a weekly number of hours required.
7. Can caregivers give medications or injections?
We can remind clients to take their medications or we can give them but only if they have been pre-poured into a daily/weekly medication container. Dispensing medications from the prescription container and giving injections can only be done by a licensed nurse in the State of California. AALL CARE can assist in arranging for a Licensed Home Health Agency to provide these services if needed.
8. Can your home health caregivers provide transportation?
Yes, caregivers throughout our service area may transport clients to appointments, shopping or personal errands. However, this service needs to be arranged in advance to ensure a caregiver is available to meet your transportation needs. There will be an additional charge for mileage unless the transportation being provided is in the client’s personal vehicle.
9. Do you schedule the same caregiver for each shift?
The same caregiver is scheduled as often as possible. We believe in providing continuity of care and building relationships between the caregiver and the client.
10. What if I want to change my caregiver?
If at any time you would like to change your caregiver you may begin the process by discussing the situation with the AALL CARE Staffing Coordinator. We will work with you and your loved one to find the right caregiver for your service needs.
11. Are the caregivers fully employed by your agency or are they Independent Contractors?
AALL CARE caregivers are actual Employees of the company. As a responsible employer we withhold all State and Federal taxes, provide Workers’ Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance (bonding coverage) This protects our clients and their families from the burdensome paperwork and tax liabilities they face when hiring someone independently or through a third party employment or “referral” agency.
12. How do you train your employees?
AALL CARE caregivers must have at least one year of verifiable professional caregiving experience or be certified by the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant before AALL CARE will consider them for a caregiving position. To assist our home care caregivers in keeping their skills up to date we provide ongoing training. Caregivers are given in-services on the specific disease process for each new client they serve. You or your loved one will be in professional hands.
13. Do you run criminal background checks on all your employees?
Yes, we contract with Advanced Research to complete criminal background checks on our caregivers before sending them out to care for our clients. We also complete a DMV check and Social Security verification.
14. Who would I speak with if I had a question at night or on the weekends?
We have staffing coordinators to answer your calls after normal business hours, on weekends and holidays. AALL CARE staff is available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
15. Will I have to sign a contract?
AALL CARE has a service agreement that gives us permission to provide care in your home. It is simply an agreement that defines the billing terms and rates. It is not a long-term commitment.
16. Is your service tax deductible?
Certain situations allow for tax deduction. Please check with your tax professional for specifics. Each year upon request we will send a summary of services provided.
17. What is the cost?
It depends on the level of care that is needed and the service that we are providing. Call today to schedule your free, no-obligation assessment.
18. How often do you bill?
We send invoices each week which allows us to provide a weekly paycheck to our caregivers. We accept a variety of payment options, including checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you do your banking on line your bank can send us a check on your behalf. If you have Long Term Care Insurance AALL CARE will bill and accept assignment of benefits upon verification of eligibility.

Our goal is to make your life easier and we can provide help for seniors and families as soon as possible. Call us with the dates and times you need care. We will make all the arrangements to begin home care services for you and your loved ones.
